As one of our most experienced strategic consultants focused on IT Solutions’ legal industry clients, Sam Kramen works with client executives and leadership teams to develop long-term technology planning and budgeting. He also helps them explore new technologies to boost technology efficiency and streamline operating workflows.
When asked to share a “career highlight,” Sam notes, “I helped design a business and workflow analysis process for IT Solutions. It lets us delve into our clients’ apps, workflows and business processes, then align them with time- and money-saving technologies, including process automation when it enables them to extract even more value.”
Sam reports the process was first implemented at a large Bucks County property management firm, where IT Solutions helped the client identify and implement a new ERP/accounting solution. The effort streamlined the firm’s technology environment and will save the company thousands of dollars per year.
In his free time, Sam enjoys snowboarding and playing hockey — he’s played since he was seven. His favorite sports team is the Philadelphia Phillies. He and his wife, Emily, married in 2018 and spend much of their free time traveling the U.S. and Europe. (The couple was engaged in Brussels — understandably his favorite city.)
When they aren’t traveling, Sam and Emily enjoy spending time with their other “family” — their boxers. They have a young boxer, Izzy, and also “share custody” of an older Boxer, Moe, with Sam’s father.
