Kate Smith, Vice President, Customer Success – Strategy Game is #1 for This Eagles Fan

In her capacity as the Vice President of Customer Success at IT Solutions, Kate Smith is laser-focused on client success. Her training serves her well in this effort, as Kate is a Barracuda Certified Sales Partner and an APC Sales Associate and Sales Professional. Kate also takes continuing education classes in Microsoft 365. She credits her 15+ years of success building and running an SMB organization with the unique rapport she establishes with clients.

That’s right, Kate gained 16 years of direct MSP experience during her career which enables her to connect with clients’ technology challenges on a personal level. “I have the ability to bridge the gap between tech and business to provide sound strategy,” she says.

Prior to joining IT Solutions, Kate was Director of Sales and Marketing with SecurElement Infrastructure Solutions (a company acquired by ITS in 2019), and Kate completed a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies at Bloomsburg University. Today, in addition to her success as VP of Customer Success, Kate relishes family time. She and her husband Shaun have two children, Sophia, 10, and Jax, five. She loves to cook with her family, read in her off-time, and travel with her husband and children to anyplace “near the water.”

The one thing Kate says she cannot live without (besides her family, of course) is Coke Zero. However, given that her favorite sport is football (she is a huge Philadelphia Eagles fan), we’re betting she couldn’t live without NFL games, either!
