With over 30 years of experience in positioning finance and accounting teams as key success drivers, Tim brings extensive knowledge from both the public and private sectors, with expertise in international operations, merger and acquisition transactions, IPO and public-to-private transitions, and regulatory compliance.
Robert brings leadership experience from Dell Technologies, Quest Software, and 11 years in the U.S. Army to the IT Solutions Team. As Chief Revenue Officer, he drives business development, sales, and marketing strategy to maximize growth. With a results-driven yet people-centric approach, Robert takes immense pride in guiding his team and enabling businesses to implement cutting-edge solutions.
Mike Martin brings a proven track record in operational and service excellence, business growth, and M&A. With decades of experience leading high-performing teams, he is dedicated to aligning technology solutions with evolving market needs. He also serves as an Operating Advisor at Nautic Partners and is a Board Member for several technology firms. Before joining IT Solutions, Ben drove growth at DuPont through his work as a leader in Business Strategy and Corporate Development. Now the VP of Corporate Development at IT Solutions, Ben brings 15+ years of business experience across M&A, Sales, Marketing, and Operations and is enthusiastic about facilitating new partnerships in a fast-paced, ever-changing business environment.
