To meet this ever-growing need, we�re looking for an experienced Microsoft Office/SharePoint Specialist who can hit the ground running on a variety of exciting client engagements and has a solid balance of technical problem-solving and people skills.
The individual we seek can handle projects of all sizes and possesses strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. In addition to being well organized, efficient and able to work with limited supervision, candidates must have strong communication skills, as frequent client interaction both in-person and remote is mandatory for project success. Time management ability, as well as thorough product knowledge and significant hands-on experience with Office 2003 and SharePoint Portal Server/Windows SharePoint Services 2003 and their customization is a must.

Requirements for this full-time position include:
- 2 to 3 years experience managing and developing solutions in Office 2003 and SharePoint
- Experience with integrating Web Parts in SharePoint
- Strong understanding of relational database design and methodologies, and SQL Server 2000 and .NET
- Working knowledge of Windows XP environment
- Must be a team player
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Visio, or similar development planning tools
- Microsoft certification is a definite plus
